He never throws in the towel. If there is a problem, he'll know and keep working until it's fixed right. In today's world, he makes every penny of your hard earned cash worth it. Unlike dealerships, he doesn't charge you for unnecessary repairs and doesn't itemize every move the mechanic makes (like $100 for removing the tire to get to the breaks or $15 to roll down the window).
